Libbas,786, karachi designers. Here is a warning for anybody that wants to deal with this company. They took my money, sent me 3 suits out out 4. Sent me the wrong suits and were all in the wrons size. I rang him straight away. He told me to return the suits and he would pay the return postage. Guess what he refused to accept the parcel. He tried to blame the couriers. Now he refuses my phone calls and messages. He sends me galee. He pretends to be good Muslim using allah’s words on his facebook page. I am shocked that someone can behave in this way. I had faith in him and his co. lies and bullying tactics used on his facebook page. He only deals with people that spend a lot of money with him. He said my money was a drop in the ocean or him. Even more reason for him to send me my money back. Trust me people I have done nothing wrong except ask him for answers. He only puts the good reviews on his fb page and sends lanat to anyone that critises him. I have realised that he has done this to many people before. I wish I had seen comments about him before I put my order. I have all the proof and his email yet he refuses to accept his responsibility. The man is in denial . Has anybody else recently had a bad experience with him?

No I did not mean to judge whole of Pakistan with this,one incident. But let's face it people, there is Herah peree in my beloved Pakistan at every single level. No straight answers, have to pay everyone along the way to get things done. Yes good and bad everywhere. I Iive in the uk and travel to pk on a regular basis. I love the country..but at least here I can contact authorities and get things sorted. In pakistan where does one start, the police, courier co., nobody listens. If I was a minister, prime minister, multi millionaire then I have a chance...I felt this person took advantage because of the distance.

ITS SO DISAPPOINTING THAT PAKISTANI SELLERS DEFAME EACH OTHER BY SUCH CHEAP TACTICS, INSTEAD OF COMPETING ON SERVICE,
ME & MY FAMILY ARE REGULAR CUSTOMERS OF LIBBAS, VERY SATISFIED AND THANKS THAT WE RECEIVE ORIGINAL STUFF ALWAYS
I HAD TRIED SABZ, AFSHEEN ETC AND MOSTLY RECEIVED COPY PRINTS BUT THANX TO MR. AMJAD OF LIBBAS, THAT I AM SAFELY INVESTING MY MONEY, THERE ARE SOME TIME, SOME DELAYS IN SHIPMENTS BUT THATS WORTH WAITING. I LL REQUEST YOU GUYS TO BE POSITIVE & DONT SPLIT YOUR PERSONAL GRUDGES ON THESE FORUMS.

everyone here narrates their own experience and its nothing about defamation. If someone has bad experience that should come on record and if something good is there that can also be publicly lauded. However, the public opinion is very significant an i have found most of the opinion against Libbas and i guess there is no reason for a customer to show their anger or dissatisfaction untill they are ripped off

THATS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT, FORUMS SHALL BE USED POSITIVELY, NOT TO SPILL PERSONAL BEANS AND COMPETITION JEALOUSY AGAINST SOME ONE,
I HAVE NEVER SEEN, INDIAN OR BANGLA PEOPLE SPEAKING AGAINST THEIR COUNTRY PRODUCTS OR GROUPS, I HAVE NO PERSONAL ATTACHMENT TO LIBBAS, BUT IF ME & MY FAMILY, & MANY OTHER CLIENTS ARE SATISFIED, THEN THERE IS NO WAY THAT THEY ARE CHEATS, PERSONAL ISSUES NEED TO BE ADDRESSED IN A PROPER WAY. i HAVE SEEN, FEW BOUTIQUES, CONSISTANTLY SPEAKING AGAINST THEM, THATS WHY I HAD TO WRITE HERE, REST, LEAVE TO ALLAH, & MY BELIEF IS THAT THOSE EATING HARAM, NEVER SURVIVE

I am also a regular online buyer and got cheated by so many, Big Names, However, I am buying from Libbas of amjad Bhai for the last one year and reselling their stuff here with great satisfaction. I was concerned on Originality of fabrics, as many sellers sent me copy prints but I have always received original stuff from Libbas, However, Their shipments get delayed many times and they need to Improve on their shipping timings

well thats just it. you are a customer that buys lots from him to sell on to other customers. my order in pak rupees was around 20,000 . i did some homework before i sent my money to him. the most important thing is that i felt he was god fearing and he would not eat my money. well he did. out of 4 suits he only sent me 3. they were all the wrong size, wrong prints. i thought he had sent me the wrong. order. i rang him straight away and he told me to send them back and he will give me a refund. i did just that and guess what he refused to sign for the delivery. DHL website said he had signed for them. amjad denied everything. he got abusive, stopped answering my emails and phone-calls. all i wanted was the correct suits or my money back. i have no suits and no money refunded. i have every right to air my concerns. he said that my order would not buy him a palace and that he earns lakhs from other customers. well that is even more reason for him to return my money. i even said at least give me money for the suit that you did not send me in the first place. ive got all the proof. i was so shocked at his behaviour that i had to air it. if you get good service then you ate lucky. he has done this to other people, on this forum look at earlier complaints. there is a patttern. maybe if i spent lakhs it would have been a different story. one should look after the small client as well!! in my eyes he is a crook. my total loss was £150.00. thats alot of money in my books

It's really sad though when you trust your fellow pakistani brothers and sisters and in the end you're cheated. Obviously we end up thinking negatively. I was cheated of 1000 US dollars:( and this was by 2 facebook companies. I was extremely shocked with how many mistakes one can make. It went from the design, to the colour, to the kaam, the material and stictching....if it's minor faults one can accept it. But seriously....when you've pain 1000 dollars and you get clothes which aren't even worth 300 dollars it's really upsetting. And the worst is when you contact them to explain what you've just dicovered in your parcel and apparently they don't want anything to do with you. They don't answer your calls or mails!!!! Never again will I trust any Pakistani facebook designer!
