Salaam all! I placed an order with Hoop on Facebook and sent the payment in full after the outfits were said to be ready (on Oct 1st). This was my first time ordering from them but I felt like I could trust them based on a fellow guppan’s positive experience. Moreover, the page has a large number of members and they have also been featured in a well known Pakistani newspaper.
Anyway, despite several requests, I have not received anything from them. The last time I heard from them was over a month ago when someone named Kulsoom claimed to be handling the affairs due to the owner’s (Aysha) husband’s demise. I requested her to either issue a refund or mail the clothes (to a local LHR account/address). I have not received a response from her after that. Of course, any negative comments on their Facebook page get deleted right away. Needless to say, their page is being updated on a regular basis, just no time for answering emails or calls.
I doubt that this issue will get resolved but at least we can all try to spread the word: STAY AWAY from HOOP!
I was lucky enough to go through prototype to do payment and receive the dress. However, the dress is sooo ugly compared to their pics, that i haven't worn it. I wouldn't shop from them again.

i have the same problem with a FB vendor and any negative comments he deletes. i want other people to know that he is a chor. i have no suits and he has taken by money...referring to LIbbas 786

yes...they can delete anything that we might post on their FB page but they cannot delete your comments from here at GupShup.
post a review of your experience here.....and post a link on your own FB page to this site.
at least those that know you will know to come here and read up on the vendor.
plus many people now come here to read reviews before they purchase from FB.

This seems to be run by some gang of professional thieves. So please beware and have any dealing with them totally at your own risk!! infact report this page as much as possible
