Over all, its a good tablet, but my thing is that all above cons have nothing to do with the price. Its just odd design/layout, so for those features, we cannot throw the argument that hey, its only a $200 tablet, dont expect features of a $500 tablet from it.

There’s alwasy going to be certain nuances that you’d have to get used to when you move to a different platform. if you go to a Mac from Win7 you lose the Start button (or the circle). That doesn’t make it a bad system, just something to get used to.
Speaker being bad I don’t have any answer for, but the other points you made are platform specific items.
