was thinking of doing something different with my hair…thought of ombre and started looking up some styles to suit my hair style and length.
in the process I found out that reverse ombre (going from light to dark) is the 2013 trend.
considering it…what do you guys think?
If I could pull off straight hair I would love to do this:

yeah…the blonde doesn’t work for me…will have to go light brown.
how about blue/black on the bottom? maybe that would be too harsh…
I know it won’t look natural but I’m not trying to fool anyone anyway…

I like the top 2 and the bottom....but yea..not too blonde...
I was thinking of doing the same last night....I wanted to do bordeaux...but hubby didn't think I would look good with any hair colour :/

yeah...I don't want red tones.....so will avoid bordeaux....they fade too quickly.

A reverse ombré would look nice for a while but the difficult part would be to maintain it =/

You can try having a darker colour with blue/purple streaks ?
This one is a purple/pink ombré and I think it looks hawt !

I already end up doing my roots for maintenance so it shouldn't be too big a deal.
I'm not feeling the pink/purple stuff though.....

If I didn't have to work (or look fro a job) i'd totally get that pink hair color. that's just...gorgeous!

The reverse ombre is bound to be more flattering than the original ombre. I regretted my ombre hair last year. I say go for it, since root maintenance is not an issue for you.

I had reversed Ombré years ago in HS, red on top with blonde highlights - I only kep it for about 2 months since the roots started showing and I was stuck with 3 colours on my head.....not very flattering

hmmm......so the colours I select are going to be crucial......
I have a feeling that I will not keep it for very long either.
maybe I'm just itching for something different and need to give it a try even if I'm just going to switch back shortly thereafter.
