Miandad was seen practising in the nets while Akram and Waqar have joined the squad for bowling practice ahead of the series. PCB is also thinking of recalling Hanif as opener and Zaheer Abbas to bring stability in the middle order.

Close followers of the game would readily acknowledge India won the 20 over series 2 to 1. The difference was the resounding staring victory for Ishant over Kamran from which the latter has yet to recoverm
