We’r Planning a reunion, need some good wording as for the invitation for the old mates…
And, it’ll b pay for ur own food thing, how can we have that in a way that it doesn’t sound bad…

Are you hosting this at a restaurant? Sometimes people list the course on the invitation so you dont have to say it, the prices are there.
You could ask people to join you at such and such restuarant at 8pm, we have a party room in the back of the restaurant, dinner will be $27/head for a three course meal and soft drinks.
Im sure what I wrote above needs some tweaking but you get the general idea?
