Returns

I’ve noticed that a lot of make-up products at drugstores or at Target etc don’t have testers that you can use to check how certain shades look on your skin-tone… so what do you do if you buy lipstick, for example, and you don’t like the shade on you? Can you/do you return it if you’ve already tried it on? Do you just put it away and never use it again (thereby wasting a lot of money over time)? What’s the solution?

Re: Returns

I used to feel bad but now I don't. Testers are great for this sort of issue. If the store doesn't have testers and the product is not what I thought it would be...it goes back.

Re: Returns

I just swap it away but if it's over $10, I return it if I can. That being said, many people in the UK hate on Americans/Canadians because we can return makeup. However, in the UK there are testers for even drugstore makeup. So that being said, without testers we can't be expected to keep purchases we don't like having not been given a chance to try it before hand. That's how I would justify drugstore returns whenever I have to in the future. :p

Re: Returns
