**Retired or hired Intellect?
One of the quirks of our fate has been that some personnel of armed forces of very high refute when retired, most of them become more remorseful. While they are expressing they also like our political lot, always prefer to opine politically. They have no practice to opine ever pragmatically. While our Air Marshal (R) Asghar Khan could not understand that all his entity in the nation is because of his heroic past and not at all due to his present crippled and maimed intellectualism. Today he is suffering from a very misperception very chronically that peace is something which is granted by enemy. Peace is something which is always to be snatched. And this is why that his all intellectualism has confined in antagonism towards our nuclear capability. Similar is the case of Gen (R) Hamid Gul. His intellectualism has taken refuge in antagonism towards the deliverability of the much longing for F-16. His maimed mind could not understand the stern need for shifting the GHQ to Islamabad, for the present GHQ can’t meet with the up-and-coming circumstances. I was very proud of him for he hails from my home district Swat but after viewing his interview on ARY on last Saturday (viz 26/112005) I am embarrassed of him. There is one Hood bhoy - unfortunately he is happened to be a Physicist - he has sworn to go up against our minimum nuclear deterrent unendingly - but he sees no wrong in Hindus & Jews ambitious and enormous nuclear, missile & anti missile programs, purchase of Israeli falcon radar system, French Scorphene subs and Russian stealth bomber aircrafts, for he is in fact ‘hood’-bhoy perhaps. One more retired or hired intellectual is a retired major. All his intellectualism is located in some difficult words he use to capture from computer dictionaries - and in these words, he used to use much recurrently and very hilariously; ‘thamasha’ - ‘Islamabad the ugly’ - ‘the land of pure’ - ‘my dear general’ - dubia. This retired or hired major can’t see any virtue in Pakistan and no vice in Bharat.
These ‘high lowbrow’ don’t see;
· that the tiny but the powerful as well as the power-backed Jewish state can survive in the heart of hatred of the sworn enemies: and the trillionaire but the powerless as well as the power-lacked Muslim Kuwait could not resist in the heart of hearts of the sworn friends, to the stupid aggression of Saddam. It’s not wealth but it is will, skill and health of a nation which guarantees security.
· that the US has been playing the worst joke with the trillionaire but weak Iraq, because of her weakness - but won’t be able to wreak that havoc on the indigent Russia or the starving N.Korea, because of their deterrence.
· that the canny but powerful Israel and the bulky Bharat have been playing the worst havoc on the poor empty handed Palestinians and Kashmiris for the last 55 years, respectively simply because of the feebleness of them.
· that the bellicose Bharat had never ever taken ten minutes to kick off the onslaught on our sweet homeland, Pakistan before - but this time they kept thinking for ten months but could not do more than that. This all is the eye opener for those ‘retired and hired-intellectuals’ to whom; Pakistan’s nuclear capability has been an eyesore. This world is the worst amongst the jungles and power is the only oxygen that can be used for breathing in this jungle. Weakness provokes aggression in this jungle.
· this retired lot of intellectuals can’t perceive that we must not be worried about enmity of Hindus rather we must be always worried of their friendship. Those who believe in Hindus friendship are in fact either unbelievers or moonstruck or both.
