Nope, you cannot! So, it is better to stock up on a few tubes before flying out. I live in Toronto, by the way.

You can't by them here over the counter either :(
You have to have a prescription for it & it is quite expensive too. The brand that my dermatologist preacribed sells for about $70 for a small bottle (lasts about a month).
