Restore User Account/Windows Vista

I wanted to ask the Techs if it’s possible to restore a User Account which was deleted in Window Vista!? Is there any chance?

There is nothing like restore of Accounts. I am not sure about if you run system recovery. BUT it wont bring your files that were personalized for it and or were specifically linked to it.

Although you can try your luck with data recovery systems and co.
