Will they plump for Irfan Pathan for his batting. Then how many spinners India will play. Let's say one. Then there remains two other spots that will be contested by Zaheer, Sreesanth, Munaf Patel and VRV Singh. Or will they use Ganguly extensively as a allrounder, not pick Pathan and go for the inform bowlers. And will they pick Kumble or Harbhajan? That is going to be one hell of a selection meeting!

either way India will get spanked by SA in the test series. Performance in side matches carries little weight IMO. Good players use these 'practice' games to get match fit and not necessarily to get into form.
