Polygami is crime in usa, so muslims in USA rnt allowed to have four wives. Does this mean Islam doesnt allow 4 wives ?

By saying Hinduism allows polygamy, you are saying thats something written/sanctioned in the religious texts. Can you cite where thats written ?
