Respect of Privacy

Solve the problem at source. Keep the mouth shut. :)

Its probably the same as what armughal just said too.

Seriously, why share anything with anyone, which you don't want known elsewhere? Someone said "Three may keep a secret, if two of them are dead". Although in some cases, sharing is unavoidable, but the rule of thumb stays. I don't know how many times, I have said this in this very forum "share info strictly on need-to-know basis". Its a life-saver rule! :)

How many chances would you give, if any at all?

It would be a mistake to give chances to that kinda person wouldn't it Fret ??
And if it becomes inconvinient or difficult to break relationship, i try to avoid discussing personal stuff with that particular person. i beleive in being cautious. :)

^ I hope I shared that information with you on strictly that basis. Did I do the right thing ? Ooh , I better be careful... :)

Fret, that same person who betrayed your trust broke my trust too. I shared somevbery personal info with her (out of my stupidity) and next thing she was yapping it out in main chat and exploiting it to the fullest.

I would not give her any chance.

Fret, as a rule of thumb, you should keep the colors of your underwear's front and back to yourself.

FG and FW. :(

Good point. You see, I'm the type of person to give second and third chances (which I have in this case), but one has to draw the line somewhere. It's unfortunate that some people have no notion of trust, and can take advantage of a person who is forgiving.

Re: Respect of Privacy

I hate these type of ppl :disgust:

I wold neverevr talk to him/her…

well the problem is not u talking to him/her but him/her talking to everybody else about you..

get them whacked.. make sure u're out of town when it's done.

I agree. That's the best solution. If you can somehow make it more dramatic then have a depicated dead horse head lying next to them in the bed when they wake up in the morning.

If its not their own horse, it won't likely have the same "screaming" effect, so next time, u divulge ur deep dark secrets to someone, first check if they own a horse, and are they suitably attached to him/her (the horse, I mean) as well. Tell them, its just pre-cautionary. A man can't be too careful, these days.

Thanks for all your great advice, and comments folks. I fully intend to stay away from this person, and untrustworthy people in general. :)
