Resolution Pact

Every year I plan on being a few pounds lighter and eating better but it all goes to gutter on day three. I wanted to see if any of you would be interested in just making a pact and keep each other motivated and determined to stay on track. You don’t have to log your calories here but you have to just come and post if today was a hit or a miss.

  1. Take your vitamins
  2. Any physical physical activity for at least 15 minutes
  3. Replace your guilty snack with a sensible one
  4. Eat at least three different colors on one plate for at least one meal
    5 . drink at least 6 glasses of water.

These are small small changes but but they make a huge impact. We can have have a reward system where at the end of the month, if you have managed to lose even a smidgen, buy yourself something pretty instead of cheat meals as a reward and post it here for motivation. Anyone in?!?

Ok so if you hit all five goals, check in here before ur midnight and just write if it was a good day or a bad day just so we can all motivate each other. Hopefully more people will join.
