Anyone who-so-ever doing a crime against any citizen of Pakistan who-so-ever.. is a criminal. Criminal should not win any sympathy from anyone who-so-ever on what-so-ever ground. Means no sympathy for Punjabi criminals.. and no sympathy for Jatoi-Talpur criminals..
