I LOVED this flick! Mila Jovovich and her karate/Ninja turtles/Xena ‘the princess warrior’ moves were awesome and the zombies…aahhh well the zombies ate as much flesh as they could possibly get their hands on. If you’re the type to enjoy such rugged, profound gore then this horror flick is definitely one worth checking out.
Footnote: For once I’ll say this may be even better than the prequel

No way… I think the first one was way better, except for the horrible dialogue in the beginning. But, it still wasnt that bad though, Mila still rocks!
Btw, a prequel is actually released after the sequel, so the first wasnt reall a prequel. For E.g. compared to Star Wars Episode 5, Episode 4 wasnt a prequel, but episode 1 and 2 were prequels.
yea. i think its referred to as the original or just the first movie.
The movie was ok, nothing spectacular and the gore factor wasn't all that up there either but i dont care about it anyways. It was a nice movie overall. Fun to see the city hall exploding and all that stuff :D
