I need info on best possible way to have residence visa for Dubai. Basically, I need freedom of travel. I want to stay 3 to 4 months in Dubai, then come back to Pakistan and so on…means travel whenever there is a business opportunity.
I do know Ajman, Hamriyah, SAIF zones but overheads are too high for this purpose. They need you to sign for full office space, etc.
Due to the recession and economic turmoil the prices of real estate have gone down, and property brokers are hungry for buyers. I guess around 100,000 dirhams for a studio in Ajman.
OK oops I was not aware of this but they have changed the laws governing the issuance of a property owner residency visa. Now your property must value 1 million Dirhams or more. Sorry.
