Residence Visa for Dubai

I need info on best possible way to have residence visa for Dubai. Basically, I need freedom of travel. I want to stay 3 to 4 months in Dubai, then come back to Pakistan and so on…means travel whenever there is a business opportunity.

I do know Ajman, Hamriyah, SAIF zones but overheads are too high for this purpose. They need you to sign for full office space, etc.

Any valuable suggestions??

Buy a flat here.

Re: Residence Visa for Dubai

thanks Aisha....How much will a studio cost? I prefer Sharjah, Ajman or other cheaper options.

Re: Residence Visa for Dubai

Due to the recession and economic turmoil the prices of real estate have gone down, and property brokers are hungry for buyers. I guess around 100,000 dirhams for a studio in Ajman.

Re: Residence Visa for Dubai

that's cheap! can you provide any site where I can find details? And it comes with visa right?

Re: Residence Visa for Dubai

OK oops I was not aware of this but they have changed the laws governing the issuance of a property owner residency visa. Now your property must value 1 million Dirhams or more. Sorry.

UAE property residence visa

Re: Residence Visa for Dubai

you can't get a flat for 100,000 in ajman. Be prepared to shell out about 250,000 for a 1 bedroom

Re: Residence Visa for Dubai

Actually you can, in Emirates City.
