similar to Rescue 911, Cops etc this is Rescue 15 of PTV and an attempt to highlight the bravery of our Pakistani (reshwat khor) police. The other day I just happen to catch this show. No it’s not reality tv show but the incidents are real, or so claimed at the end of the show in the Fact File.
So in this episode two fugitives have high jacked a buss. Authencity is quite good, since everything is scripted. Shammon Abasi plays cop (and is also playing cop in drams serial Werdi). How the police’s sharp eyes and instinct help them catch these “terrorists”(i like this word) and save the innocents is quite interesting. At the end of the show the host admires the heoric acts of the Police and ends the show with the fact file of perpetrators.

I dont think so. My mamoo in Karachi had dakoos in their house three weeks back, and they found out before those dakoos entered, and even though they called rescue 15, they didnt show up.
^that's what I'm saying k zaroor wrong number dial kar diya hoga. Warna police waley dair say hi atey mager atay tu zaroor. Yeh kiya howa kay they didn't show up.
Yar number dial sahee kiya tha, the rescue 15 people answered, got the address, said they'l dispatch a team within 10 minutes. Now, I am sure they receive alot of prank calls at night, lekin this was utterly ridiculous on their part. This was the 2nd robbery at my mamoos house in Karachi, who lives in North Nazimabad, and are now considering shifting to Punjab because of this. I just couldnt bear people giving credit to these rescue 15 people, since personal experience has shown they are no different from the regular tullas (aka Pakistani police). However, if you wanna see some good police action in Pakistan, Eagle squad is good, last year they took panga with some Afghani trash picker, and as a result, one of their men got stabbed by an afghani boy and died.
Oh, and do you guys know about the dakka at the famous female lawyers house? I think that was in Lahore. Your beloved law enforcers arrived and started shooting openly, and in the process killed the female lawyers two infant children, and the robbers ran away with all the loot. If you guys want, I can post links too ;)

i think with 1857's equipment, 5 thousand pay of a sipahi and hate from ppl i appriciate all the guys and also i know a dsp who got killed in encounter also an sp who caught three terrorists trying to bomb in three different places next morning in lahore so there might be a prob with pulus (police) but the main prob is with the system
