So its Saraiki....quite similar to Punjabi and as you said may be easy for Sindhis to understand too.

I presume , as among different dialects of Saraiki , there is one known as Sindhi Saraiki , spoken around northern part of Sindh Province ...has some features of the Sindhī language !
As compare to that , the saraiki in Jhang, Faisalabad, Gujrat, Gujranwala Districts is bit closer to Punjabi language
