First of all, the handwriting is pretty good.
The guy says "Dear customer service. My fiancee's number is xxx-xxxxxx. This number is always busy at night. I call my in-laws and they tell me my fiancee is sleeping, but she is in fact talking to someone. You are requested to please give me the number she's talking to. It's very important. Your customer."
