my sister’s weddng is right after the Eid in Lhr, and we need a lady fotographer to cover the wedding function…we have a male fotographer to cover the male audience…but cant find any lady.
if anyone knows anything abt it…pls. let me know as soon as possible.

she doesnt cover the functions.....she is for the photo shoot in her studio only....know anyone else ??

well you can contact some of the photo studieos in lhr and ask them if they cud arrange for a lady, I Know about a parlour in pindi where atleast the bride can get an excellent photoshoot in the parlour, perhaps they have sumthing like that in lhr too.

the photoshoot is not a problem.....the function coverage is. all the lady fotographers ive contacted till now are for the shoots only...no one does the function coverage :( and ive asked sum of the parlours too....no luck :(

whats wrong with a man doing it? My sister is an excellent photographer she does covers the events as well, but I am in canada.

Ladies and Gents will not be sitting together..there will be a partition between them.....no ladies in the gents area...no gents in the ladies area...so a lady fotographer is wanted for the ladies area...

well my family has segregated weddings as well but male photgraphers are allowed. i think its ridiculous not to let a photographer in, after all the photos would be going to differnt households anyway and the men over there would have a look. goosshhhhhh

Sana I am actully coming to Lahore but end of next month :) yaar it will be develope by male. You proly have to settle with someone in ur family then. Otherwise you will end up with nobody or offer a big amount to those parlour ladies.

why have it segragated in the first place then if you are gonna have a male walking around?
I know when i go to seprated weddings, I dont take pics and alot of girls i knwo dont either unless its a best friend who knows better than to distribute pics of us liek that.

^ Yeah I think that’s retarded, having a separate wedding but hten having male waiters, male photographers, male Djs walking around… Maybe you can make sure that nobody takes pix, tho since its a buncah desis, i doubt they’d listen

I think that we should respect the feelings of others instead of discouraging them from having separation we should either encourage it or keep our comments to ourselves....cuz then again the masjid is also separated....I hope that u find someone.....u might want to call around some photographers in Lahore and ask them. Also curiously how much is ur current photographer charging???
