People steal office supplies all the time where I work:p. As for department stores, employees get ther employee discount on almost everything in the store. It’s there to discourage stealing. Stealing actual material and misusing allocated time off are two very different offenses.

lets agree to disagree then. To me, stealing time or material is same. At the end of the day everything translate to $.

oh and just because people do something wrong* all the time*, does not make it right.
