Is there any replacement for Powdered Milk? Milk powder isn’t easily accessible where I live, and it is very expensive. Can I use regular milk instead of milk powder?

I want to make this Chicken Bread but the recipe calls for powdered milk. Can I leave this ingredient out? Or use regular milk?

Hmm, it looks like that milk powder is to add taste without adding liquid. Maybe you can use evaporated milk to keep the liquid level down.

If its very little amount of milk needed , use evaporated or fresh milk .. if its a bit more quantity needed , then go check from the desi stores if you can get your hands on Gulab jamun Mix ( more like shan masala packet ) ... That mix has mostly milk powder in it and is cheaper ... only issue is it might slightly sweeten the taste of your dough .. so add a bit more salt to it to neutralize the taste ...

I think Saks can also add non-dairy creamer. That should be readily available anywhere.

you can use fresh milk if you read it at the bottom sum1 has asked the same question on fb and fauzia said that you can use fesh milk
