I want some ideas,advice,and pictures on how to make a room for a boy(8-9 years). He likes cars and soccer/football.

Perhaps one of those beds with a desk and storage under it, loads of boys rooms have those...
Paint the walls blue? I hate blue rooms, they r cold and depressing looking, but TV make-overs always paint the rooms blue. Perhaps a white wall with posters?
A football / cars storage area / hamper?
Some motor racing posters? Football posters?
You can tell i am clueless about boys... ;)

how big is the room....square footage? what exactly are you looking to do ...decorate or furnish or both? and how much are you willing to spend?

Before painting the room, make sure that you know how much natural light comes in the room during daytime. If not much, then dont pick the dark shade of blue. A lighter sky blue shade would do good

good advice...that very important. It also depends on the size of the room....with bigger rooms you might be able to get away with darker shades.

Don't paint blue, lady, the poor lad will end up being depressed and feeling blue... :(

The room is normal big..Its square and has a big window.Yes i want to do both furnish and deocrate. I have a normal budget. Plzz help with pictures.
