I have the same problem brother 
I m horrible at remembering names 
Sometimes I ask them 5-6 times in an hour. For example when we r having a discussion I ll go all of a sudden; ‘listen brother/sister what was your name again. I m sorry I forgot’
I hate it but I m working on it I write all the names down on a little note in my phone if there s more then 25-30% chance that I ll meet them again.
Works fine for me Alhamdulillah
