Once i was watching the news and they said that the only thing that pain medication does is block the sensory part of the brain where you feel the pain. They also said that it kills your brain slowly...I freaked out and for 2 years, I haven't touched any pain medication and i haven't had a headache since :)

I am in my pyjama and T shirt
going out routine;
Get up from the sofa, Remove the laptop first
Cover it with something to save it from Daisy while i am gone
Walk over to the bedroom, open the closet try to find the jeans and shirt
Search for the jacket that I threw somewhere
Dress
Walk out of the bedroom
Go to shoes closet, take out the shoes, wear them
Make a paper ball and throw it so daisy goes to fetch it
meanwhile slip out of the main door
Go to the elevator press the button
Go down to the basement
WALK all the way to the car
Go the 24 hour Dominion Store
This same whole routine repeated BACKWARDS when I come back
Too much trouble :( I will just bear my pain and wait for the morning

you're in pain. simply go - wear your jacket on whatever you're wearing. Who cares.

A temporary way is to squeeze the bridge of your nose and the pain kind of goes away...but its only temporary :D
