Could anybody suggest remedy for rapidly falling hair or for hair loss!

get your iron level checked by your doc - as you may need iron tablets.

also drink lots of freshly squeezed juices/ vegs, drink water, cut out on soft drinks, white floor and fried foods etc etc as diet plays a huge part.

Start eating oily fish at least once a week.

Oh I meant oil rich fish, i.e salmon, sardines, trout etc etc...

  • try not to pull or tug your hair too much
  • stop using products like hair sprays or gels
  • try to oil your scalp using coconut or almond oil a couple of times a week at least
  • avocado is really good for hair
  • watch your diet like a hawk and start eating food rich in protein and iron - try supplements also if you can
  • your hair and skin are a direct reflection of how you treat your body and what you put into it...so see what habits of yours you can change to help yourself

Tips for preventing hair fall-
1-Avoid daily wash of your hair.
2-Take a regular oil massage and don't take any unnecessary medicine for hair growth.
3-Use always herbal natural product for your loving hair.

all tips r great mentioned above.
I am also losing hair badly, even if i dont brush them hair comes out by touch from braids.
and two reason that i am noticing in myself.
1:i hv washed hair daily last month but dont shampoo daily.
2: i thnk its due to leucorrhea prob that i am facing a severe condition.I am completly fed up from this. caz i hv taken treatment many times but after 6 months or 3 months i suffer it again.

Now need guidance related to diet. that cover my weakness due to leucorrhea. and advices as well. i am very tense. so plz help me.
