Extreme patriarchy allows for a slippery slope into viewing women as chattel. Cultures that place the honor of the family on the woman, and hold such a misconception that honor lies between the legs, then women will always be oppressed. Women are trampled upon, yet they supposedly harbor the honor and cause the worst shame on the family. Women are not allotted their true status. It's time we all do our part in reconditioning society (and I mean every society), into being true feminists.
That place between the legs is where the future generations of a family come from...If it is allowed to be used by every Tom, Dick and Harry then the honour and respect of a woman will be no more than a Coke vending machine...Everyone can use her to satisfy their lusts and there goes the status of the woman down the proverbial drain...
Western influenced girls and its perception of 'freedom' is just that...A sex vending machine...If not a sex vending machine then at least like a mannequin in a store window for display...
It's strange how so many women wish to become as honoured as a vending machine or a store display...
Might be Ok to you, but never to a true Muslim that ladies of his household be viewed as objects to fulfil certain desires...They are much too cherished for that sort of 'freedom'...
