Kharijis are those who do takfir on ALL Muslims who disagree with them. They consider jihad against them valid and usurpation of their properties and women Islamic. It is only one such cult present today. And it is that same Talibanic cult.

It is this cult which has excluded itself from mainstream Islam. Because obviously no Muslim will destroy Islamic historical sites, including getting ready to destroy the grave of islam’s prophet, and collude with Zionists.
