We should celebrate diversity in Pakistan and protect our non Muslim citizens. No one has the right to take the life of another citizen. I want the same protection for non Muslims in Pakistan, as i am getting as a Pakistani Muslim in Holland. I am not happy for everything happening in Holland because the media haunts my religion and my culture but still i feel MORE save to practise my religion here in Holland then in Pakistan. At least here there are no police guirds to protect the mosque when i go to read namaz.
I love my Pakistan but we did not live up to the expectations why Pakistan was created and why over one million Pakistanis gave their blood. They gave blood for Pakistan they did not even set foot on. They died for the ideal Muslim Pakistan for which we are still DREAMING about.
After 60 years we are still dreaming and hoping for a better future. Ameen.
Many say that Pakistan is not save for minorities and the government does not protect the rights of the religious minorities. I would tell them that even the Muslims are not save in Pakistan let alone non Muslims. So please don’t be hard on Pakistan as a country or nation rather blame the leaders who are ruling the country.
Sadly the Pakistani government has failed to protect its citizens and is now even allowing foreigners to kill its own citizens with the DRONE.
I guess Pakistani citizens do have a conscience because they don’t want to kill themselfs.
