There was a BBC short series a few years ago “Women in Black”. In the Dubai episode there was a short part in Agent Provocateur - that yes, niqaab clad women not only shop there but they are the highest spenders.

makes sense…with niqab you can buy whatever you want without any fear of getting judged.
