Do u distinguish the two?
Apart from what politicians say, according to me all religious groups who consider themselves distinct from the national ethos and cherish hopes and aspirations in opposition to the national ones and demand separate rights and privilege for themselves are to be called "communal".
For example.. kabir.. I think he was truly enlightened and wise person.... religious and not communal..
