Releasnig Pent Up Frusteration..

How do you poeple do it?
Somedays I jsut wanna screemmmmmm at the top of my lungs..

and it actually helps :slight_smile:

when im frustrated to THAT point..

I head for the chocolate… :nono:

but more often than not… I cry… :teary2:

well I cant cry anymore... ever since the miscarriage I havent cried.
but Im always on the brink of it.

while I watch movies.. start thinking about my cousins back home..listen to jawad ahmed's dosti or apnapan or ahmen jahabzeb's joray..

Talk to the person who you have the best relationship with, seriously it’s the best way to feel better. I do that now before I used to just push everyone away and it turns out 82.5.2 % of the time I’m just overstressing, and really its not that big of an issue to be frustrated about.

listen to sad songs and cry and then go to sleep

I usually will take a long bath to get rid of the tension and frustration...and if I'm rele frustrated I'll kick something or punch my pillow or scream (if nobody's home)

Pound it all out down at the gym.

and if ure memberships expired try pounding ure little sisters teddy bears into kibble

OR talk! seriously talk it out with ure friends, whether they get sick of it whether u get sick of hearing ure voice

OR u could just save it to have an argument uve planned on having with someone for a while - mind someone who really deserves it though

Some of my methods:

Pull out old pictures from your closet, and try to cheer yourself with remembering old memories of happier times.

Put on some music and sleep

Write a letter to an old friend

Write in your diary

Go out for a drive, anywhere, don't plan a specific destination.

Some gals like to shop... but i find that depresses me even more.

Go to the gym. Works for me. :) Or turn the music up and just dance around your house.

crying helps alot!! or just get into a fight with someone else n take it all out on someone

Do something spontaneous and impulsive. Go to a theme park, get on a roller coaster and shout it out. Take the car and drive really fast with something uplifting playing really loud. Have a water fight on your balcony with a wacky friend. Go bungee jumping. Scream into a pillow. Write it out. Have ice cream.
