Securing the property through lawyers and Capital Deelopment Authority Islamabad , getting duplicate property letters and getting the original ones cancelled ( that they have stolen from us )
My concern is if my parents decide to keep some property in their name ( for personal security reasons ) .... can the relatives claim part of this property since we dont have a brother and we are sisters only. how can we try to avoid that from happening .
your father sounds like a wise man, depending on your relation with him; you could politely tell him your concern .
He must a plan for transaction(from him to you girls)
I don;t think there is real situation there. You need to help him getting it back from mamu from hell. so SUPPORT HIM!!!
