So what do you people think is the most important thing to a relationship?
I think two things that must be present for a good relationship are trust and good communication.
So what do other guppies feel about the issue? (looks forward to the two or three responses

Definetly trust and communication. And never ever taking them for granted.
When you know a person for a long time and love them for a long time, its sometimes easy to take them for granted without even knowing it, and that can hurt their feelings. So be careful about that, always treat them like you did when your love was young, give them respect and be playful and be very careful with their feelings and emotions.

For all relationships, it's really important to approach them with the idea that the other person has the best of intentions. Misunderstandings are inevitable however good your communication is, but if you are convinced that the other person is not trying to get at you things are simpler and easier.
