Pakistan is facing big problems soon after Qauid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah due to rifts between institutions .
Institutions are always acting like rivals
It is very serious .
We need a national dialog on the issues .
Corruption is the biggest issue and all the institutions are almost involve .
Before a national struggle against corruption , we need to solve the issue of limits and jurisdictions .

Basic fault lied on Quid-e-Azam himself. He should have announced elections to lay foundations for democracy. But he was arrogant enough to consider this most important issue for keerhay makorhay so called liberated from Hindus.

I can identify few weaknesses in Jinnah's vision and conduct but this if certainly not one of them.
Considering the situation with millions of refugees from India, lack of financial resources, looming armed conflict, lack of employees in government run institutions and general state of disarray all around Pakistan, this might not have been possible.
When were first elections held in largely peaceful and stable India after independence?
