watched one episode of it. I believe she, the lead, is the same Mary that caused the Spanish armada to happen (one of the reasons) when the Protestant Elizabeth took over and imprisoned her who had imprisoned Elizabeth before. I am a history buff, so I am looking at it from a historical perspective and see how CW actually portrays it considering that they usually reduce things to girly love stories unlike HBO.

I think that I watched the most recent one? where Mary was told by the French Prince to marry the Portuguese ******* soon-to-be-legit in line King who was sending troops to defend Scotland.

I like Mary and Thomas for being decisive. They know what they want and try all possible means to get it(thats what I gathered). Francis is too indecisive(you'd have to watch the first 2 ep to see that, he got better in the 3rd one)

Thomas is the Portuguese prince?
As for the french prince, I think that what differentiates him compared to the portuguese prince is that the the Portuguese princes seems hardened or more practical that one gets from living real life. The french prince seems to be living in a reality of his own where he is (or was) overshadowed by his other brother.
PS I doubt that the Mary was actually that pretty as they have made her out to be in this series. there are portraits of her that show her differently.

Ok, I am OFFICIALLY BORED !
There is not much action going on. Adelaide Kane can't just carry on the show by herself. The french prince feels more like eunuch.
