around 6 to 7 days ago i was going to my office which is on I. I Chundrigar road . near metropole traffic signal i just noticed that on the left side of my vehicle there was a land cruiser in which rehman was sitting and waseem ahmed (EX IGP Sindh and Ex DG FIA) was driving it. the surprise was the vehiche had no tinted glassess. further there was not a single traffic police sargeant or police mobile in front of his vehicle . however, there were some police vehicles behind his vehicle. and the traffic was moving as usual and no " special arrangements" were made to ensure the “swift movement” of the “VVIP” as it was happened in the past.
i can say better late than never… at last rehman malik realised a bit that his in-ordinate security protocal

Aik raat Hazrat Daktar Allama Rehman Malik (RA) meray khawab main aai aur bolay "Yeh tum kya ker rahay ho? dahshat gard bhi khawab dekhtay hain. Aaj sey khawab dekhnay pe pabandi hai". Tab se le kar aaj tak mujhay pur-sakoon neend aati hai.

Since Mr Rehman was not on official business and was hanging out with his buddy Mr Ahmed in his personal capacity there should not be any need for protocol. However even then Mr Rehman had an escort of a few police vehicles, plus possibly an unmarked car or two at front.

Can't we appreciate anything done by the gov't? I know RM is a goof but if he has missed one chance of creating hell for people, can't we praise him for it? Or if that's too hard, stay away from the thread?
