Initally I thought what a gay Prison... But I suppose it's a good laugh...
The sort of Prisons I know the in-mates are let loose to practically kill each other with impunity. Compared to that this prison does look like fun... But I suspect the guards are standing by with tanks and flamethrowers as well, wouldnt suprise me if these chaps were being forced to dance on threat of death for the governor. :)
