IF you have regular periods, andwant to conceive, how long can it take, if your otherwise healthy..

i have regular periods but have some spots, and thinn hair, im assuming im still healthy despite this?

The general guideline in USA is that if you're under 30 years old and in good general health then try for one year before seeking the assistance of a reproductive endocrinologist (fertility doc). If you're over 30 or if you have other concerns (like PCOS or irregular periods) then try for 6 months before seeing a fertility doc.
