I think it will be interesting to discuss the credentials of these people who apparently will be responsible for the “Reconstruction and Humanitarian Assistance” of post-war Iraq. Are these people, with their grand titles and dubious interests in missile/defense systems etc fit to run or rule Iraq?

US Viceroy of Northern Iraq and Autonomous Kurd Areas: General Bruce Moore
US Viceroy of Central Iraq (including Baghdad): Barbara Bodine
More importantly where are the Iraqi’s or even the token Iraqi’s approved and rated by the State Department?
As a side-note, I know this is not Operation Pentagon Annexation but I think someone a little more cynical could already be adding up and charting the stars of all the Generals. 
And I don’t think Americans can carry off such grand titles too well. They lack the class, and aristocratic breeding not to mention the education. They should have left this to the Brits who desperately need a role in this coalition war.
