I don’t understand why a commission? Why can not SC judges decide this open fraud case which involved billions of Pakistani Rs. stolen from treasury of Pakistan. NS and his cronies puri quam ko hamesha chootia banatay aarahay hain. aakhir kab tak.
This Qatri arab seems to be himself a fraud. How much gratification has he obtained from NS and his cronies by submitting this false and fraud statement in SC of Pakistan.

This is well understood thing that everyone should be given right of minimum one appeal so a basic trial at SC can not fulfil the requirement of justice .
(however case agar PPP kay khilaf ho aur accused Saraiki/Sindhi Baluch ho to phir no need to fulfil the requirement of justice like PM Gailani case)
Actually PTI is always in hurry so they are helpful for Nawaz .
