Yeah, interesting.

Its a bad analogy, of course, but it seems like Mushy has leprosy, and no one wants to be near him. Whoever takes oath from him will have to keep give explanations in the future on why they accepted a ministership under Mushy's Presidency; and whether by taking oath under him, did they tacitly attempted to legitimize his rule. In politics, people, especially media, have very long memories on these kinds of decisions.

Good news is that most politicians in Pakistan are completely be-sharam (shameless) and it is hard to make them embarassed about such things in the future. :D

Of course, it can turn out to be a complete non-issue if Mushy leaves office soon thereafter, but something to tickle your minds. :)
