yo homiez..whenever i like post a thread or reply and come back to the forum…the forum is still at its old state and i need to refresh i browser to see the changes..neva happen with the old gs..anythang wrong with my browser?

tools > internet options, second box in general (temporary internet files) click on SETTINGS and select third option "automatically" (check for newer versions of stored pages)
lemme know if this helped or not.. also, clean up the internet cache and lower down its value to like 50 mb
