How to reformat a Windows Laptop? I never did and i want to reformat my old laptop but need instructions etc
Just format or u need to install some OS on it as well?

Laptops usually come with a recovery disk. Best and quickest way is to use that to set your machine back to factory specs. This way you automatically, format, install, and get all the drivers needed without having to search and manually install them.
If you dont have access to the recovery disk, simply booting from a windows CD should do the trick. It will give you the option of formatting during install.

Yeah i have seen recovery option on my laptop, going to follow that.

Take the HDD out hook it.up to a pc and format all you want.
I don't think recovery CD/DVD comes with whipe out option unless you restart the system as soon as it finish the format just before it start copying files.
Correct me if I am wrong about no format option in recovery mode.
