the songs are very nadeem shravan-ish tiyon tiyon type which run well in Pak and India. Udit sounds good. Alka needs to retire - she sounds way to ordinary. Shreya should stick to souful numbers like jaadu hai nasha hai.

but , second site is way better then the geo's entry level kid's site.
The title song sounds like those produced by indians during mid 90ish, lollywood film music still requires special attention, Why does it look like this film is the type which indians used to make 10+ years ago? and WHY did reema have to star in it? come on!
Okaaaaaaaaaayyy, guy meets a girl they fall in love and get married…roll of songs mix it with some Soap Opera story. Bring in a new girl have some sex scandal, couple have problems…how’s your guessing going?
Anyways, I wish the movie best of luck..hopefully it does well because most of the actors did a great job looking all white
Reema's debut film as a director is now out and getting mixed reviews. Whats your idea about it? Have you or anyone close to you seen the film by now? Do you think this will be a trend setting movie that will revive the film industry of Pakistan as Reema has claimed, or otherwise? Will this be a gateway to new films and will it generate new productions?
I really thought this film would be good. After all it was supposedly with the assistance of some top notch technical crew, and then a major multinational had qagreed to sponsor it as well. The trailers tell another story. The lighting, sets, costumes, everything else pretty much is below-par and it seems Reema really wants to relive her Miss Istanbul and *Munda Bigra Jayey * glory days. Making girls wear skimpy gowns and handing them guns is not the way to go forward for the Pakistan film industry.
Wached it's intro as well as some publicity trailors. It looks no different than a "good" Pakistani film with high influence from Bollywood. Dressing is improved a bit (that is than most Pakistani films). Lighting and camera works was noted a bit more realistic (Not circles like "Tom and Jerry").
As for business its doing well as of papers, but will never compete the classics like "Maula Jatt" or "Vehshi Gujar".
The thing is they wanna change the pakistan film industry but thy dont wanna change the story coz they r afraid they will looze all there investment if the film flops , so they go for da short cut and make a movie with some mirch masala in it nothing else.
Bollybuster, its clear that upcoming directors/producers are afraid to experiment with anything that is not mirch masala. You heard if from Lucman himself here. So then when I say they should go for something more artsy, or try to model themselves along Iranian film lines, you yourself disagreed. Yet when you see mirch masala you dont like it either.
How about you tell us exactly what you want from a Pakistani movie - in concrete terms? I think people like you puzzle people like Reema and then they don't know whether to be too experimentive or not. And if you're going to walk away from crappy kalashnikov lollywood culture, you have to experiment, right?
well they should make love storys right because making something new, art or black will just flop, love storys are the only thing that will take the audience back to the cinemas but then after that they can start experimenting.
^ exactly. So she's not doing wrong by putting Veena in a dress and handing her a gun. Besides, a pakistani girl with a gun is very feminist. I like it.
