Reema Khan 'Love Mein Ghum'

Re: Reema Khan 'Love Mein Ghum'

is this true

Re: Reema Khan 'Love Mein Ghum'

This movie is scheduled for screening at a high-end cineplex where I live...and that's a good sign coz those guys never show any Pakistani content! I'll be checking it out...though not on Eid :D Reema is a diva BTW

Re: Reema Khan 'Love Mein Ghum'

i saw the title track "love main ghum" and not happy with it actually disappointed.

the song was ok....the video was ok time pass...concept is old..dance steps are old...most of the artists looked over with too much makeup and dressing and facial expressions....i love saqib's work but totally disappointed with this one....i thought he will come out with something quality like "khamaaj".

anyhow overall wont say its a terrible attempt but could have been far better.

ps. just wished begum nawazish wasnot in the song.

oh wait he is in the film :( .

Re: Reema Khan 'Love Mein Ghum'

^^ That's pretty severe criticism lol...but you're entitled to your opinions :)

Re: Reema Khan 'Love Mein Ghum'

what my comment????

Re: Reema Khan 'Love Mein Ghum'

^^ It's alright, I can't pass my verdict on the movie till I see it -- have to admit my expectations are NOT very high but then I can't stand bolly stuff too so....I think it'll be OK... :D

Re: Reema Khan 'Love Mein Ghum'

^ acha

ps. maine movie pe verdict nahi diya kyon ke abhi dekhi hi nahi...i commented on the song.

Re: Reema Khan 'Love Mein Ghum'

I know blessed2006, I thought the vid was nicely done it showcased Pak showbiz pretty well, and that's what it was supposed to :) The movie is not going to be as nice as the vid trust me coz it's Reema she doesn't have the same....understanding of cinema as Saqib Malik does :)

Re: Reema Khan 'Love Mein Ghum'

^ acha

Re: Reema Khan 'Love Mein Ghum'

Reema is promoting her film on today's UGP with Shaista On GEO.

There are recorded messages from Johnny Lever and Jagjit Singh.

Re: Reema Khan 'Love Mein Ghum'

Johnny and Jagjit were both gracious.

Johnny called Reema 'Pakistan ki Sherni' for producing, directing and acting in the movie.
And thanked her for giving him a chance to work in a Pakistani film.
Jagjit wished her movie big success.

The 2nd male lead of the movie Nabeel Khan was also on the show.
The illustrious host Shaista didn't let him get in one complete sentence,
interrupting him with irrelevant comments and silly questions.

Re: Reema Khan ‘Love Mein Ghum’

I liked UJP with Reema :halo: The thing about rishta ppl going to her house after it being shown on geo news was funny lol

Re: Reema Khan 'Love Mein Ghum'

So far 'Love Mein Ghum' had a packed opening in Lahore with some people not even getting hold of tickets due to demand. Are there any official box office reports and reviews yet?

Re: Reema Khan 'Love Mein Ghum'

The trailer is painful to watch. Not about to watch that any time soon.

Re: Reema Khan ‘Love Mein Ghum’

^don’t watch it later either :hehe:

Re: Reema Khan 'Love Mein Ghum'

if someone drags me (literally drag me i.e.) maybe i could go see it or even then sleep through it :p

Re: Reema Khan 'Love Mein Ghum'

Will be checking this one out in the next few days...zero expectations but at least it won't ruin my Eid break like BOL potentially could had I chosen to watch it now :)

Re: Reema Khan ‘Love Mein Ghum’

An unofficial review posted on someone’s blog. Here is the link:

[Love Mein Ghum – Review | Baatein Dil Ki

T](Love Mein Ghum – Review | Baatein Dil Ki)he film’s script was supposed to have been inspired by Paulo Coelho “When Veronia Decides to Dies” which according to this review has been changed a lot to cater for the desi audience. One of the reason’s why Shaan quit the project was that Reema ordered too many changes to the original story of the novel which Shaan recommended to Reema in the first place.

Re: Reema Khan 'Love Mein Ghum'

so how many of you have seen it? post yr reviews pls!

im gonna, hopefuly, catch it soon! :D

Re: Reema Khan ‘Love Mein Ghum’

I understand Reema’s decision to change the script. I’ve read the novel and although its inspirational and full of optimism, it’s philosophical approach would confuse the pakistani masses w/o a doubt. Judging by the review that’s been posted, the novel’s main message is still in the film.
