Until Lollywood gets its act together, cinemas should just start playing pre-1977 Pak movies along-side Holly and Bolly.
At least then quality Lolly fare will be available simultanesouly. I bet people would like that.
It is interesting to note that people have been overly negative about two of Pakistani's biggest films this year even before they have been released. I've lost faith in the revival of Pakistani cinema; this public needs to visit psychiatrists not cinemas.

good idea. Not sure how many of the young generation would go watch it....
The film makers in Pakistan do not have their fingers on the pulse of the nation. No one can relate to this movie that Reema is putting out, and although it is excusable for her first attempt , by now she should show advancement in this move compared to prior.
Bol - I actually still want to see it because it is quality cinema, but it's gonna have to be a day when I can sneak in with some vodka, because that movie is one harsh roller coster. My mom made the mistake of seeing it with her family members. Wowie...first thing she asked me when she got back was "You told me this was going to be a good movie??"
this is not even funny -- our pseudo sophisticated guppies bashing a reema film. The movie is looking fine, it's MILES ahead of her last venture and I'll be def checking it out, good or bad, because the visuals are looking fantastic and it seems they've worked pretty hard. Hope it hits the multiplexes.
We are our own worse enemies and we need to come out of our inferior complex. Its going to be Reema's film which everyone from the masses and the classes will definitely approve off. This is what our audiences need.
Totally agree with stalker's comment about the film. Can't wait to see the song which Saqib Malik has recently directed in Karachi with over 40 showbiz personalities taking part . Saw some stills from the song on Facebook and looked wicked.
The music is getting released on 15th July 2011. Its going be released by Moviebox in UK.
Reminds me of Om Shanti Om song and then Rab Nay De Jori song as well…same concept of several star and some of the couples that are quite popular like amina sheikh and mohib mirza…
Reema actually has improved a lot and dare I say looks much better than many of of other models/actresses.
The film itself is a reminiscent of 90s era Bollywood with Madhuri, kajol etc, wearing saris running around in lush landscapes. I bet the title would be abbreviated also as KKHH or KKKG. Lollywood is in a transitional phase just as same as Bollywood. Haven't watched a Bollywood movie in ages but whatever info I have, seems like much has changed in that industry too.
It looks like a decent movie, hopefully it'll do well.
But I bet this movie would've looked 10% more appealing if trailer was well put together. Trailers can either make or break the movie even before its out. This film's trailer is more like a showing of songs and Reema's nice costumes with few milliseconds of dialogues at the end.
Looks disgusting. If your gonna put songs in your movie then make them good. These songs are like from the 80s- 90s era. The music has released and none of the songs can be called good except for like one above average song by Rahat. All the other songs are sung by Indians even though Pakistan has it's own great singers. This could have been a good chance to introduce some new singers like Asad Abbas.
