That's not true. Women in the ancient times could give birth in their 50s too. Although, for too young or too old women there can be serious complications.
Anyway, hope Reema has an easy birth and a healthy baby.

Anyhow Menopause averagely usually occurs in early 50’s. There are also some that experience it in their late 40s as well..
Pregnancy in older women has a higher chance of a baby with a genetic abnormality such as Down’s syndrome, Edwards’ syndrome. Saying that, i hope she gives birth to a healthy baby

jaab bacha ho jaaye tow laddoo zaroor taqseem kijiye ga hamay laddoo bohat pasand hain.
Aur haan saath mein yeh bhi bata dejiye ga ke kitnay pounds ka baby hua aur shakal maa se ya baap se milti hai.
