Many Hollywood actresses have delivered babies well into their 40s. I would look at it as a marvel of modern science which gives women the options of having both career and family rather than sacrificing careers/ambitions because the time was "right" to pop a baby or two. Congrats to Reema and hope everything goes well for her and the baby.

Have you been living under a rock all your life? women CAN have kids well into their 50s now and don't need to pop out a kid when they hit puberty :s
